If you ask me about a healthy life, I could tell you a lot of thing about it, but there is a problem: I don’t follow any of the things that I will write after these lines.
Firstly I would like to clarify that I am not a healthy person according some people, but according others I am. It is because I don’t live a healthy life, but I don’t have any kind of illness or something like that. . On the other hand I eat a lot, I don’t practice exercise and I don’t go to the dentist. I will try to explain how to have a healthy life, it doesn’t means that I will live a healthy life from now on, I will just explain some things that I hope they may help you to have a most healthy life.
As everybody knows, there are a lot of people who smoke, and as everybody also knows, the smoke from cigarettes is very bad for our lungs, teeth and especially for our lives. When you smoke a cigarette you are losing two minutes more of life, could you tell me how many minutes you have lost? But there is something worse than that, when a person has a smoke he or she is not the only one who is smoking, the other people round him or her is smoking too.
Now, let’s talk about food, let’s begin with the good food, or the healthy food. There are a lot food which are very good for our body, the bigger example of this are fruits. If we eat fruit everyday could get a healthy life and body, fruits have minerals and vitamins which are essential for us, fruits also moisturise our skin. On the other hand we have he not good food, these are all kind of fried meals, and some baked meals too: they make us to gain weight. Oils and fat are sometimes necessary, for they give us the heat we need, especially in winter.
There is a study which says that if we drink four litres of water every morning, we can avoid a lot of illness like flu, fevers, muscular dystrophy, atrophy, Alzheimer’s disease and cancer, we must just drink water and have a common day, just that. But it is just a hypothesis and it needs to continue being researched. But we must drink water anyway, since the human body needs two litres of water a day to be alright. We must also consider that we take some water from fruit, vegetables and meals in general.
I would also like to talk about something very controversial, I will ask you a question, but you must answer it before you continue reading: Is the alcohol good for health?...............the answer is..........yes. The alcohol is very good for our health, why? Because the most of alcoholic drinks are made with natural products, like barley and grapes. It doesn’t means that you must drink three litres of beer a day, or five of wine; it means that if you drink a cup of wine a day (just one) you could have a healthy body. If you drink without control you have an illness called alcoholism, so be careful with that.
Finally I would like to say that the most of the people don’t have a healthy life, I am one of those, but I have already written this: I don’t think I will change.
